Headed by award-winning Australian bartenders Rachelle ‘Rocky’ Hair and Jenna Hemsworth, Sorry Not Sorry is a collective project committed to bringing awareness and active change in the global hospitality community around abuse, assault, and discrimination.

After going public with their experiences with their ex-employer via investigative pieces in The Sydney Morning Herald in 2024, it opened the door to unprecedented action and conversation about creating a safer, more equitable industry for women and marginalised groups.
